This is a Microsoft Excel workbook, which contains (1) a form for compiling your student names list and payment information; (2) an interactive version of the Master Order Form, which does the calculations for you; (3) instructions for completing the Master Order Form, and (4) a form for summarizing your backpacks order. You can complete these worksheets on your computer and e-mail the attached file to orders@schooltoolbox.com , or you can print them and fax or mail them to Primary School Supplies with your order.
 Using the Order Organizer requires that you have the Excel software, or another product that can open Excel-format files (such as Corel QuatroPro). If you do not, here are some no-cost alternatives.
- Download and install one of the free products, such as OpenOffice 2.1, available from www.openoffice.org.
- Try signing up and using one of the free on-line programs, such as Google Docs & Spreadsheets (nothing to install on your computer), from www.google.com/google-d-s/b1.html.
- Print the Master Order form from the Adobe .PDF version above, fill it out manually, and fax or mail it to us.
